Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at mitrell03@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
• Custom or personalized products
• Items ordered in the wrong size
• Sale items and gift cards
• Items damaged due to normal wear or misuse


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item or size, please place a new order.


Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
